The Aim of the workshops is to help you become more energy aware and to understand how energy affects us in positive and negative ways. You will also learn about crystals and how to use them for your own personal healing & growth. Forthcoming dates for my Workshops are below:

Monthly Workshops on Crystals, Chakras and Colour

Workshop content:

Month one includes how to become more aware of our own energy, the energy of others and the energy around us. Learn how to protect ourselves from the negativity of others using energy and crystals.  The human energy field will also be covered and learning how to sense the human energy field. Strengthening our energy field and learning to live in the present.
How to recognise the signs of not being grounded and how important it is and how we can keep ourselves grounded.  We will tune into the base chakra and learn the functions and imbalances of that chakra. The crystals that can heal and protect the base chakra will also be talked about and the vibrational healing properties of the colour RED.

On each of the subsequent workshops a different chakra will be covered and the opportunity to sense the energy of the chakra and learn about its functions and imbalances.  The properties of colour will also be covered and again practical work with colour and the opportunity to see which crystals are helpful to each chakra and how they can help. Visualisations with colour and sensing the crystals will also be a part of the programme.

At the end of this series of workshops you will have the tools to keep yourself grounded and protected, and understand how to recognise which of your chakras are out of balance. This will enable you to gain insights as to how you can heal yourself with the different modalities learned about and what may have caused the imbalance.
